Cucumber "Vladimir" F1
Cucumber "Vladimir" F1.
Excellent pickling qualities!
An early-ripening, bee-pollinated hybrid (40-45 days from germination to fruiting), intended for growing in open ground and under film shelters. The plants are of medium height, with a predominantly female type of flowering. 2-3 ovaries are formed in a node.
The fruit is cylindrical, finely tuberculate, without voids or bitterness, crispy, 9-11 cm long, weighing 75-95 g. The fruits do not become bitter even with improper agricultural practices, which makes it possible to obtain a full-fledged harvest with peace of mind.
Yield: 12-13 kg/m2.
Cucumbers have a wonderful taste, being equally good both fresh and pickled. The hybrid is resistant to cladosporiosis (olive spot), CMV, powdery mildew, and downy mildew.
Sowing in a hole of 2-3 seeds. In the phase of 2-3 true leaves, the seedlings are thinned out, leaving 1-2 strong plants. A seedling method of growing is possible (15-20-day-old seedlings are planted in the ground after the threat of frost has passed).
